Loader Operator


As a Loader Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining heavy equipment, such as loaders, bulldozers, and excavators, to move materials on construction sites or in other industrial settings. Your main duty will be to use the loader to load and transport materials from one location to another. You will also be responsible for conducting routine inspections and maintenance on the equipment to ensure its proper functioning.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate the loader and other heavy equipment safely and efficiently
- Load materials onto trucks or into other machines
- Transport materials around the job site as needed
- Conduct regular inspections on the equipment and report any issues or necessary repairs
- Follow safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents
- Maintain a clean work area by removing debris and keeping equipment in good condition
- Communicate with other team members to coordinate tasks and ensure efficiency
- Keep accurate records of materials loaded and transported

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience operating heavy equipment, specifically loaders
- Knowledge of safety regulations related to operating heavy machinery
- Physical ability to operate heavy machinery for extended periods of time
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well with others in a team environment

As a Loader Supervisor, you will oversee a team of loader operators and ensure that they are performing their duties efficiently and safely. You will also be responsible for coordinating with other departments within the company to ensure that all materials are being loaded and transported according to schedule.

- Supervise a team of loader operators, providing guidance and support as needed
- Monitor performance of operators, providing feedback and identifying areas for improvement
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient loading and transportation of materials
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations at all times

- Maintain accurate records of materials loaded and transported

Requirements:
