Information Technology Manager - Shan

We are seeking an experienced and driven Information Technology Manager to join our growing team in Shan. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of our company's information technology systems and infrastructure.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the company's IT infrastructure
- Oversee the maintenance, troubleshooting, and security of all hardware, software, and networks
- Manage a team of IT professionals and provide leadership, guidance, and support
- Monitor system performance and ensure maximum uptime for all systems
- Stay up-to-date with new technologies and make recommendations for their implementation
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide solutions
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and maintain data security protocols
- Develop disaster recovery plans in case of system failures or emergencies
- Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers
- Train employees on how to use new systems or technologies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of network management, security protocols, database management, and cloud computing
- Experience managing a team of IT professionals
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

Salary: $1000 per month.

This is a full-time position with flexible working hours. No English language skills required. Part-time opportunities are also available. This position does not include accommodation.
