IT Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team in Mauren. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and maintaining hardware and software systems. This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues for clients via phone, email, or in person
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems
- Collaborate with other team members to provide timely solutions to client issues
- Document all support activities in our ticketing system
- Keep up-to-date with new technologies and industry trends

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in IT support role
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with network troubleshooting (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical individuals
- Customer service oriented with a strong attention to detail

Salary: 1300$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Mauren (Preference for Indian candidates)
