IT Support Specialist


We are hiring an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our growing team in Moscow. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to our clients. This position requires excellent problem-solving skills, a strong understanding of computer systems and networks, and the ability to communicate technical information in simple terms.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients via phone, email, or in person
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
- Install and configure computer systems and applications
- Set up new user accounts and permissions
- Monitor system performance and provide recommendations for improvements
- Maintain accurate records of all support tickets and resolutions
- Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex issues
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in IT support or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and hardware troubleshooting
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other common business applications
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals
- Proven experience providing excellent customer service in a technical environment
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
- Fluent English is preferred but not required

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1100$ per month.

Location:
This job is located in Moscow. While we welcome applicants from all nationalities, we highly prefer Indian candidates who are already living in Moscow.

Type of Job:
This is a full-time position with flexible working hours.

Experience Level:
No previous experience is required for this position. We are looking for candidates who have completed their education in the field of computer science or have a strong interest in IT support.
