As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of architects in the city of St-Petersburg. Your role will involve overseeing the design and construction of various projects, ensuring they meet all necessary regulations and standards. Your expertise in architecture and project management will be essential in delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of architects in designing and constructing projects
- Oversee the entire project process from concept to completion
- Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and standards
- Manage project timelines and budgets effectively
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members
- Stay updated on industry trends, advancements, and best practices in architecture

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in architecture with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Proficient in project management software
- Strong communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working on commercial or residential projects in St-Petersburg
- Certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP)
- Fluency in Russian
