Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team in Al-Rayyan. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling products, and maintaining the overall appearance of the store. Your main goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction and increase sales.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them with their inquiries
- Promote and sell products to meet or exceed sales targets
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain the store's visual appearance by restocking shelves and arranging displays
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or complaints in a timely manner
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and promotions
- Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus
- Proven work experience as a retail sales associate or similar role preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service-oriented mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Willingness to learn about products and sales techniques
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends

Salary: 1000$ per month

Preference given to candidates who are Canadian or Kenyan citizens. This is a full-time position without accommodation. Urgent hiring for candidates who can start immediately. English speaking skills are required.
