Junior Florist


We are seeking a talented and driven Junior Florist to join our team in Eschen. As a Junior Florist, you will work closely with our experienced florists to create beautiful and unique floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, and corporate events.

Responsibilities:
- Assist senior florists in preparing and arranging flowers
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the flower shop
- Receive and process orders from customers
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their floral needs
- Suggest creative ideas for floral designs based on customer preferences and budget
- Ensure timely delivery of orders to clients
- Handle payments and maintain accurate records of transactions

Requirements:
- Passion for flowers and designing floral arrangements
- Creative eye for color, texture, and design
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills and ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Flexibility with work schedule including weekends
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1500 per month. Salary will be reviewed after 6 months based on performance.
