Executive Pastry Chef in Mecca, Saudi Arabia

We are seeking a talented and experienced Executive Pastry Chef to join our team in Mecca, Saudi Arabia. As an Executive Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating and executing pastry menus, supervising pastry staff, and ensuring the overall quality and presentation of all pastries. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating delicious and visually appealing pastries while maintaining high standards of hygiene and food safety.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and create new pastry recipes that align with our restaurant's concept and menu
- Supervise and train pastry staff, including bakers, decorators, and assistants
- Oversee the production of all pastries and desserts to ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation
- Manage inventory of ingredients and supplies needed for pastry production
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the pastry kitchen according to food safety standards
- Collaborate with other chefs to create harmonious menus that include both savory dishes and desserts
- Create special desserts for events or promotions as needed

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Pastry Chef or similar role in a high-end establishment
- In-depth knowledge of different types of pastries, dessert techniques, decoration methods, etc.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team towards success
- Strong attention to detail to ensure all pastries are visually appealing before being served
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and ability to maintain high hygiene standards at all times
- Creative thinking skills with the ability to come up with unique dessert ideas

Salary: $1800/month (negotiable based on experience)
