Sales Manager - Al Ahmadi, Kuwait


We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and developing relationships with clients in order to meet and exceed company revenue targets. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Meet and exceed sales targets on a regular basis
- Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities
- Train, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve optimal performance
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in sales management in the African market
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Knowledge of market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs in the African market
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
