Responsibilities:
- Design, implement and maintain database systems
- Monitor database performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Optimize database configurations for maximum efficiency
- Develop and maintain data backup and recovery plans
- Work closely with development teams to ensure smooth integration of new applications with existing databases
- Evaluate and recommend new database technologies to enhance our systems

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience as a Database Administrator or similar role
- Strong knowledge of SQL language and relational databases (Oracle, MySQL)
- Experience with database design, data warehousing, and data mining techniques
- Familiarity with data security practices and procedures
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Good communication skills in English (proficiency in Russian is a plus)
