Our company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Merchandiser to join our team in Balzers, Egypt. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for creating and implementing effective merchandising strategies to increase sales and profitability. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop product displays and promotions that attract customers and increase brand awareness. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in merchandising, strong communication skills, and a keen eye for visual design. Salary: $1300 per month

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Merchandiser or similar role
- Strong understanding of visual design principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Proven track record of increasing sales through effective merchandising strategies
- Familiarity with market trends and consumer behavior
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Must be able to relocate to Balzers, Egypt if not currently residing there.

Responsibilities:
- Develop merchandising plans that align with company goals and objectives
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create product displays that attract customers
- Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for restocking products based on sales trends
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure proper implementation of merchandising strategies
- Train store staff on product knowledge, display techniques, and brand messaging.
- Analyze sales data and consumer behavior to identify areas for improvement.
- Negotiate with vendors for favorable pricing on products.
- Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Travel within the city as needed for store visits or meetings.

Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in merchandising or related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and business needs.
