Job Title: Construction Project Coordinator


We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Construction Project Coordinator to join our team in Clairvaux. As a key member of our construction management team, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing all aspects of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to scheduling and completion. This is a contract position, perfect for someone looking to gain experience in the construction industry. No English language skills are required for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the project manager
- Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications
- Assist in preparing progress reports and financial statements for clients
- Handle any issues or delays that may arise during the construction process

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred but open to all nationalities
- Experience in construction management or related field is preferred but not required
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Comfortable working on a contract basis with accommodations provided
