Indian Chef

We are in search of a skilled Indian Chef to join our team in Jeddah. As an Indian Chef, you will be responsible for creating and preparing authentic Indian dishes while maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation. You will work closely with the kitchen team to ensure efficient operations and maintain a clean and organized work environment. The ideal candidate will have prior experience as an Indian Chef, strong knowledge of Indian cuisine, and the ability to work well under pressure. Fluency in English is not required for this position. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented chef looking to showcase their skills in a dynamic and diverse culinary setting.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and cook a variety of authentic Indian dishes
- Ensure all food preparation meets high-quality standards
- Assist with menu planning, inventory management, and budget control
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Indian Chef or relevant role
- In-depth knowledge of Indian cuisine and cooking techniques
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train junior staff
- Excellent communication skills (English fluency not required)
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Salary: 1300$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
