Sales Manager for Indian Market

As a Sales Manager for the Indian market in Mecca, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through effective management of the sales team and strategic planning. Your main duties will include identifying and targeting potential clients, developing relationships with existing clients, and overseeing the sales process from start to finish. You must have experience in sales, preferably in the Indian market, as well as strong leadership skills and a proven track record of meeting sales targets. A biometric passport is required for this role. This is a contract position with a salary of $1400 per month. Fluency in English is also required.

As a Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include:

- Developing and implementing strategies to increase sales and revenue from the Indian market in Mecca
- Identifying potential clients and building relationships with them to promote our products/services
- Managing a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure optimum performance
- Setting and monitoring sales targets for individual team members
- Conducting market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends
- Participating in negotiations with clients to secure profitable deals
- Collaborating with other departments such as marketing and operations to ensure smooth delivery of products/services to clients
- Preparing sales reports and presenting them to upper management

The ideal candidate will have:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the Indian market or similar environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- A biometric passport that is valid for at least 6 months
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with other departments
- Good understanding of market dynamics and customer behaviour in the Indian market
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal closures
