Sales Manager (Malayalee preferred) - Shan, Malaysia


We are a growing company in need of an experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Shan, Malaysia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets. Fluency in English is required for this role.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and meet company goals
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients
- Manage the sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team targets
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities
- Prepare sales reports and present them to upper management
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient operations and customer satisfaction

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager, preferably in the same industry
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards success
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Malayalam is a plus
- Willingness to travel for business purposes, if needed

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month plus commission based on performance.
