Sales Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Shan. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives, developing and implementing sales strategies, and identifying new business opportunities. Your main goal will be to increase company revenue by meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of sales representatives and provide guidance and support to help them achieve their targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase company revenue
- Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and client referrals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Monitor the performance of the sales team and provide regular reports to upper management
- Train new sales representatives on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies
- Attend industry events and conferences to promote our products/services and generate leads
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role, preferably in the [specific industry]
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
