Machine Operator



We are currently hiring a skilled Machine Operator to join our team in Salalah. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of machinery used in our production process. This is a great opportunity for someone with no English proficiency, as language skills are not required for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain machines such as lathes, grinders, drills, and milling machines
- Ensure machines are set up properly and running at optimal efficiency
- Monitor production processes and make adjustments as needed
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance
- Troubleshoot and repair any mechanical issues that may arise during production
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- No previous experience required; on-the-job training will be provided
- Ability to understand basic machine operation instructions (in any language)
- Physically fit to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs)
- Willingness to work night shifts if needed
- Accommodation will be provided by the company

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is 1200$ per month, with potential for growth based on performance.
