A renowned flower shop in Abu Dhabi is seeking a skilled and creative Florist to join our team. As a Florist, you will be responsible for designing and creating beautiful floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, and corporate events. You will also be responsible for maintaining the inventory of flowers and supplies, ensuring the shop is visually appealing, and providing excellent customer service. This position requires someone with experience in floral design, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Design and create unique floral arrangements according to client's preferences and event theme
- Maintain inventory of flowers, plants, vases, and other supplies
- Ensure all work areas are clean and organized at all times
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with their orders and answering any questions they may have
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Coordinate with delivery team to ensure timely delivery of floral arrangements
- Keep up-to-date with current trends in floral designs and techniques
- Assist with marketing efforts by creating displays that attract customers' attention

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a florist or in a similar role
- Attention to detail with excellent design skills
- Strong knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and their care requirements
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards
- Customer-oriented attitude with exceptional problem-solving skills

Salary: AED 1200/month (plus commission)
Nationality Preference: Pakistani
Language Requirement: English (Arabic is a plus)
