As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance and repair tasks on buildings, equipment, and facilities. This is a full-time position requiring a high level of physical fitness and hands-on experience with various tools and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance checks on buildings, equipment, and facilities
- Repair any damages or malfunctions in a timely manner
- Install new fixtures or equipment as needed
- Perform basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks
- Keep accurate records of maintenance work performed
- Communicate effectively with other team members and management
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience as a handyman or in a similar role
- Proficient in using hand and power tools
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry systems
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions
- Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
