Handyman - Maintenance and Repair Specialist


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Handyman to join our team in Ar-Ruwais, Pakistan. As a Maintenance and Repair Specialist, you will be responsible for completing various tasks related to the upkeep and maintenance of our facilities and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, electrical repairs, and carpentry work
- Respond to repair requests in a timely manner
- Troubleshoot issues with equipment and systems
- Keep track of inventory for necessary supplies
- Ensure all work is carried out safely and in compliance with regulations
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities
- Communicate with management about any potential issues or concerns

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role
- Strong knowledge of various repair techniques (e.g. carpentry, plumbing, electrical)
- Ability to use hand and power tools effectively
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Physical stamina to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent (technical or vocational training is a plus)
- Fluent in Urdu (knowledge of other languages is a plus)

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1800$ per month.
