Plasterer for Residential Properties in Balzers, Egypt


We are a reputable construction company based in Balzers, Egypt and we are seeking an experienced Plasterer to join our team. Our company specializes in building and renovating residential properties, and we are looking for a skilled Plasterer who can help us achieve our high standards of quality.

As a Plasterer, you will be responsible for applying plaster to interior and exterior walls and ceilings of residential properties. You will need to have a strong understanding of different plastering techniques and materials, as well as the ability to work efficiently and produce smooth, even finishes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes
- Mix plaster according to specifications
- Apply plaster using trowels, brushes or spray guns
- Smooth out uneven surfaces and fill gaps
- Create decorative finishes such as texturing or molding
- Ensure all work is completed according to safety regulations and quality standards
- Clean up work area after job completion

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Plasterer in residential construction or renovation projects
- Proficient in various plastering techniques and tools
- Knowledge of different types of plaster materials
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Physically fit and able to work on ladders or scaffolding if needed
- Good time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and strong craftsmanship skills
