Construction Manager for Indian Nationals in Izhevsk


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Izhevsk, Russia. As an Indian national, you will play a crucial role in overseeing construction projects and ensuring their successful completion.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise construction projects from start to finish
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met
- Develop project timelines and budgets and monitor progress to ensure timely completion within budget constraints
- Oversee quality control of materials and workmanship on site
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders including clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred with valid biometric passport for foreign travel
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Manager in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical specifications
- Proficiency in project management software
- Fluent in English (Russian language skills are a plus)

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1000$ per month for this position.
