Construction Project Manager


We are seeking a highly experienced and organized Construction Project Manager to oversee our construction projects in Izhevsk, Russia. As the Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing all aspects of the construction process from start to finish. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented and proactive individual with strong leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Source, negotiate with and manage subcontractors
- Ensure projects are completed within budget and on schedule
- Monitor progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Conduct site visits to ensure quality of work and compliance with safety regulations
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction
- Manage the procurement of materials and equipment
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and other stakeholders

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction project management
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects from start to finish.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience working with international teams is a plus.

Salary: $1600 per month + benefits
