Merchandiser for Retail Stores in Izhevsk (Suitable for Egyptian and Nepali Nationals)


We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Merchandiser to join our retail stores team in Izhevsk. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring that our store displays are visually appealing and well-stocked with our products.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement visual merchandising strategies to attract customers
- Create eye-catching displays that showcase our products and promotions
- Collaborate with the store manager to determine product placement and space allocation
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with suppliers to ensure timely restocking
- Conduct regular store visits to assess display effectiveness and make necessary adjustments
- Train store staff on proper merchandising techniques
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store shelves, racks, and displays

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Merchandiser or in a similar role in the retail industry
- Knowledge of visual merchandising techniques, trends, and best practices
- Excellent communication skills in English (Russian language skills would be an advantage)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed

Working Hours:
This is a full-time position with working hours from 9am to 6pm, Monday through Friday. Occasional weekend work may be required during peak seasons.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month, along with health insurance benefits.

Visa Requirements:
This position is open to candidates who already have their own visa that allows them to work in Russia.
