Architectural Designer - Eschen, Liechtenstein


We are a leading architectural design firm in Eschen, Liechtenstein seeking an experienced Architectural Designer to join our team. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating innovative and functional designs for various projects. This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project managers and clients to understand project requirements
- Develop initial concepts and present them to clients for feedback
- Create detailed drawings and plans using AutoCAD and other design software
- Ensure all designs comply with building codes and regulations
- Work closely with engineers and contractors during the construction phase to ensure design integrity is maintained
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to designs as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Architectural Designer
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience working on residential, commercial, and industrial projects is preferred

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1800$ per month. We also offer health insurance benefits and opportunities for career growth. This job is open to all nationalities but preference will be given to candidates who already have a valid work visa for Eschen.
