We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team in Dubai. In this role, you will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, maintaining records, and providing support to our staff. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role and possess strong communication and time-management skills. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in a fast-paced, multinational environment. This position is open to all nationalities, but proficiency in English is required. The salary for this position is 1600$, and accommodation will not be provided. Students are welcome to apply.

As an Administrator, your responsibilities will include:

- Managing administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and responding to emails
- Maintaining accurate records of company documents and correspondence
- Providing support to staff members by assisting with tasks such as data entry and filing
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Assisting with the recruitment process by screening resumes and scheduling interviews
- Handling financial tasks such as processing invoices and tracking expenses
- Maintaining office supplies inventory and placing orders when needed
- Communicating with clients and vendors in a professional manner

To be successful in this role, you should have:

- Proven experience as an Administrator or similar role
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in English (both written and verbal)
- Good time-management skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
