Carpenter Supervisor

We are hiring a skilled Carpenter Supervisor to join our team in Mecca. As a Carpenter Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the construction and repair of structures, furniture, and other wooden items. The ideal candidate will have experience working as a carpenter and possess strong leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of carpenters on job sites
- Read and interpret blueprints and drawings to determine materials needed for projects
- Inspect work progress to ensure quality standards are met
- Train new carpenters on techniques, safety procedures, and company policies
- Collaborate with project managers to plan schedules, budgets, and materials needed for projects
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a carpenter
- Previous experience in a supervisory role preferred
- Must be able to read blueprints and drawings accurately
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train others
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Biometric passport or the ability to obtain one is required

This is an urgent position for our growing company. We offer a competitive salary of 1800$ per month with opportunities for growth within the company.
