Android Developer

We are seeking a skilled Android Developer to join our growing team in Chelyabinsk. As an Android Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality mobile applications for our clients. You will work closely with our design and development teams to ensure a smooth and seamless user experience. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Android development, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and in a team environment. This job is open to candidates of all nationalities, as long as they meet the required qualifications.

Responsibilities:
- Design and develop advanced applications for the Android platform
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs
- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 2+ years of experience in Android development
- Proficient in Java, Kotlin, or other programming languages used for Android development
- Experience with third-party libraries and APIs
- Knowledge of Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices
- Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications
- Understanding of code versioning tools such as Git
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with biometric passport integration is a plus
- Previous experience working on projects for Canadian or Filipino clients is preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently on multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication skills
