Preservation Architect
As a Preservation Architect for our company, you will be responsible for the planning, design, and restoration of historic buildings and landmarks in the city of Balzers. Your main goal will be to preserve and protect these important cultural assets while also ensuring that they meet modern safety and accessibility standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting thorough research on the history and significance of each building or site
- Collaborating with other architects, engineers, and construction teams to develop preservation plans
- Assessing the condition of buildings and recommending necessary repairs or restorations
- Obtaining necessary permits and approvals from local authorities
- Supervising construction projects to ensure adherence to preservation plans
- Documenting all work done on each site for future reference
Requirements:
- Degree in Architecture or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in preservation architecture
- Knowledge of historic building codes and regulations
- Strong attention to detail and ability to conduct thorough research
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration with various teams and stakeholders
Salary: 1100$ per month
Location: Balzers, Liechtenstein
