Job Title: Concierge
Position Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and customer service-oriented Concierge to join our team in Triesen, Liechtenstein. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring that their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist them with check-in and check-out processes
- Provide information about the hotel facilities, services, and local area attractions
- Arrange transportation, reservations, and other requests for guests
- Handle guest complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area
- Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure timely delivery of guest requests
- Assist with special requests or arrangements for VIP guests
- Maintain knowledge of current events, local attractions, and restaurant recommendations
- Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with reservation systems such as Opera or Fidelio
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
Salary: 1600$ per month
This is a temporary position with the opportunity for extension based on performance. Accommodation can be provided if needed. We welcome candidates of all nationalities who have their own valid work visa.
