Concierge for Boutique Hotel in Triesen, Liechtenstein


We are hiring a Concierge to join our boutique hotel team in Triesen, Liechtenstein. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills and be able to provide top-notch hospitality services to our guests. The Concierge will be responsible for assisting guests with their inquiries, making reservations and recommendations for local attractions and restaurants, arranging transportation, and ensuring guest satisfaction during their stay.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with a warm welcome
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Make reservations for guests at restaurants, events, or activities
- Arrange transportation for guests as needed
- Handle guest requests promptly and efficiently
- Maintain knowledge of local events and attractions to make recommendations to guests
- Ensure all guest complaints are resolved in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area
- Liaise with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (12 pass)
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays if needed

Salary:
We offer a salary of 1700$ per month plus tips.
