We are in search of a skilled Executive Chef to join our team at a leading hotel in Mecca, Saudi Arabia. As an Indian national with excellent English language skills, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations and managing a team of chefs to provide exceptional culinary experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and create menus, ensuring that they meet the highest quality standards and cater to different dietary requirements
- Manage food inventory and ordering, ensuring availability of fresh ingredients and minimizing wastage
- Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure efficient and consistent food preparation techniques
- Maintain high levels of hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen, following all health codes and regulations
- Collaborate with management to develop new dishes and promotions to attract more customers
- Oversee budgeting, cost control, and financial analysis for the kitchen department

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a reputable hotel or restaurant
- Proven track record of managing a diverse team and delivering high-quality food consistently
- In-depth knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Excellent communication skills in English with the ability to effectively train and mentor staff from different backgrounds
- Familiarity with budgeting, inventory management, cost control, and financial analysis
- Ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Valid work permit or visa sponsorship eligibility for Saudi Arabia
