Pastry Chef
We are a bustling, high-end patisserie in the picturesque city of Vianden, specializing in exquisite pastries and desserts. We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Pastry Chef to join our team and help us continue to deliver exceptional culinary experiences to our customers.
As our Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating and executing our pastry menu, as well as developing new and innovative recipes. You will work closely with our Head Chef to ensure that all pastries are prepared to the highest standard using fresh, quality ingredients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and executing pastry menu items
- Creating new recipes and staying up-to-date with current trends
- Ensuring all pastries are prepared and presented to the highest standard
- Managing inventory and ordering supplies as needed
- Supervising junior pastry chefs and kitchen staff
- Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role
- Knowledge of various baking techniques and ingredients
- Creativity and ability to develop new recipes
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Salary: $1600/month (negotiable based on experience)
Education: Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred
Location: Vianden, Luxembourg (candidates from India preferred but not required)
