Head Pastry Chef
Location: Vianden, Luxembourg
As the Head Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the pastry department in our luxury hotel in Vianden, Luxembourg. Your main duties will include creating and implementing new pastry menus, supervising the production of high-quality pastries and desserts, and ensuring that all food safety standards are met. You will also be responsible for managing inventory levels, training and developing your team, and maintaining a clean and organized pastry kitchen.
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Pastry Chef in a high-end establishment
- Excellent knowledge of pastry techniques and ingredients
- Ability to create unique and visually appealing desserts
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing a team
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Effective communication skills in English (knowledge of French or German is a plus)
- Must be flexible with working hours, including weekends and holidays
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month, based on experience and qualifications.
