Formworker

A reputable construction company in Mauren is seeking a skilled and experienced Formworker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of formwork construction and be able to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

Responsibilities:
- Set up, align, and dismantle wood or metal formwork for foundations, columns, walls or other structures
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine formwork specifications
- Measure, cut, shape, and assemble materials according to design plans
- Place concrete in formwork using various tools such as vibrators and trowels
- Evaluate existing forms for wear or defects and make necessary repairs or replacements
- Ensure safety procedures are followed at all times on the job site

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Formworker or in a similar role
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong mathematical skills for calculating angles, slopes, and dimensions
- Knowledge of various materials used in formwork construction
- Physical strength and stamina to perform manual labor tasks such as lifting heavy materials
- Attention to detail with the ability to work accurately under pressure

Preferred:
- Biometric passport or Swiss nationality (or valid work permit)
- Fluent in English (German language skills are a plus)
- Willingness to work flexible hours if needed

Salary:
Starting salary of 1000$ per week with potential for growth based on performance.
