Merchandiser - Al-Khor, Qatar


We are hiring a detail-oriented and experienced Merchandiser to join our team in Al-Khor, Qatar. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for promoting and selling products to customers in retail stores, ensuring that they are displayed effectively and attractively. This position is suitable for Malayalees who have a passion for sales and are fluent in English.

Key Responsibilities:
- Visit retail stores regularly to set up displays and ensure products are well-stocked
- Create eye-catching displays that highlight the features and benefits of our products
- Communicate with store managers to negotiate product placement and promotions
- Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock as needed
- Train store staff on product knowledge and sales techniques
- Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies
- Meet sales targets and report on sales performance to management

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Merchandiser or in a similar role is preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English (Malayalam is a plus)
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Willingness to travel frequently within Al-Khor city
