Executive Chef - Indian Cuisine (Balzers, Liechtenstein)


Our upscale restaurant in Balzers is seeking an experienced Executive Chef specializing in Indian cuisine. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and staff management. This is a contract position with a competitive salary of 1700$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Create and update menu items featuring authentic Indian dishes
- Ensure high quality and consistency in food preparation and presentation
- Train and supervise kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and sanitation standards
- Manage inventory and control food costs
- Collaborate with management to develop new dishes and promotions
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef in a fine dining establishment specializing in Indian cuisine
- Extensive knowledge of Indian spices, ingredients, and cooking techniques
- Strong leadership skills and ability to work well under pressure
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Must have a valid work permit or be eligible for visa sponsorship in Liechtenstein
