Mason Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mason Supervisor to oversee our team of masons in Eschen, providing quality work in the construction and maintenance of buildings. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of masonry techniques and materials, as well as experience in leadership and project management.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of masons in the construction and maintenance of buildings.
- Ensure that all work is completed according to specifications and within designated timelines.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to maintain high-quality work standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and order necessary materials for projects.
- Collaborate with project managers to plan and execute construction projects.
- Inspect completed work for quality assurance.

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Mason, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of masonry techniques, materials, and safety protocols.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Experience in project management, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
- Ability to read blueprints and follow technical drawings.
- Good physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy materials.
