Crane Operator

A reputable construction company in Al Ahmadi is seeking a skilled and experienced Crane Operator to join our team. We are looking for candidates from Pakistan or Nepal who are fluent in English and have a strong understanding of crane operations. This position does not require prior experience, making it suitable for entry-level candidates who are eager to learn and grow in this profession.

Responsibilities:
- Operate various types of cranes to lift, move and position materials according to project requirements
- Perform daily pre-operational inspections of the crane and complete required maintenance
- Ensure safe and efficient operation of the crane by following all safety procedures and protocols
- Communicate with ground crew and other workers to ensure proper positioning and movement of materials
- Keep accurate records of materials moved, work performed, and any incidents that occur
- Adhere to project timelines and deadlines

Requirements:
- Must be a male candidate from Pakistan or Nepal
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
- Physically fit with the ability to perform manual labor as needed
- Willingness to work at heights and in various weather conditions
- Ability to work flexible hours as required
- Valid crane operator certification is preferred but not required
- Team player with good communication skills
