A reputable manufacturing company in Nairobi is seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of machinery to produce high-quality products. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, able to work independently, and have the ability to follow instructions accurately.

Responsibilities:
- Operate designated machinery according to set parameters
- Inspect and test completed products to ensure quality standards are met
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform basic repairs
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate protective equipment at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience operating industrial machinery preferred
- Ability to read and understand technical manuals and blueprints
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

We offer a competitive salary of $1300 per month, along with accommodation for out-of-town employees. This is a full-time job with regular working hours.
