Freelance Virtual Assistant
We are currently seeking a highly organized and self-motivated Freelance Virtual Assistant to join our team in Triesen. As a virtual assistant, you will provide administrative support to our company and clients remotely. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled freelancer looking for a flexible and remote work arrangement.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize emails, calendars, and other communication channels
- Conduct research and gather information on various topics
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as needed
- Coordinate with clients, partners, and team members to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Perform data entry, record keeping, and other administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Must be a Filipino national
- Fluent in English (verbal and written)
- Previous experience as a virtual assistant or in an administrative role preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
