Administrator - Kenya
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Administrator to join our team in Vianden, Kenya. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our office and ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies and inventory, including ordering and restocking as needed.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and phone calls.
- Maintain accurate records and databases.
- Assist with budgeting and expense tracking.
- Monitor office expenses and suggest ways to reduce costs.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Assist with HR tasks such as onboarding new employees and managing employee records.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
