Job Title: Senior Developer (Malayalee)

We are searching for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Developer to join our growing team in Chelyabinsk. The ideal candidate will be a native Malayalee with strong technical skills and experience in web development, preferably with a background in Java or .NET. As a Senior Developer, you will be responsible for leading the development of new features and maintaining existing systems, while also mentoring and providing guidance to junior developers.

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Java/.NET
- Lead the development team in creating high-quality code and ensuring best practices are followed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and implement new technologies as needed
- Troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues

Requirements:
- Native Malayalee with fluency in English (Russian language skills are a plus)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in web development using Java or .NET
- Strong understanding of software design principles and architecture patterns
- Hands-on experience with front-end frameworks such as AngularJS or ReactJS
- Experience using version control systems such as Git or SVN
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

We offer competitive salary of 1100$ per month along with visa sponsorship for qualified candidates. This is a full-time position that requires the candidate to work on-site at our office in Chelyabinsk.
