Online English Tutor

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Online English Tutor to join our team in Bayan, providing virtual English language instruction to students from Africa. As an Online English Tutor, you will be responsible for creating lesson plans, conducting live online classes, and providing feedback to students to help them improve their language skills. This position is suitable for men and women with a passion for teaching and a strong command of the English language.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop lesson plans and course materials according to the needs of individual students
- Conduct live online classes using video conferencing software
- Provide constructive feedback and support to students to help them improve their English skills
- Monitor student progress and make necessary adjustments to lesson plans
- Communicate with parents or guardians as needed
- Collaborate with other tutors and staff members to ensure a positive learning experience for all students

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Linguistics, or related field (preferred)
- Native or near-native proficiency in English (a strong command of grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation)
- Prior experience teaching English as a second/foreign language (preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt teaching methods based on individual student needs
- Comfortable using technology for online teaching (video conferencing software, virtual whiteboards, etc.)

Salary: $1400/month

Location: This is a remote position that can be done from anywhere in the world. However, preference will be given to candidates located in Bayan or nearby cities.

Visa Sponsorship: We are able to provide visa sponsorship for qualified candidates.

Accommodation: This position does not come with accommodation. Candidates must have their own housing arrangements.
