Speech Therapist

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Speech Therapist to join our team in Al-Khor, Qatar. As a Speech Therapist, you will be responsible for providing speech and language therapy services to patients of various ages and backgrounds. Your main job duties will include conducting assessments, creating treatment plans, and implementing therapy sessions to improve communication skills and abilities.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing abilities
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluation results
- Implement evidence-based therapy techniques to improve patients' communication skills
- Monitor and track progress of patients through regular assessment and documentation
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as doctors and educators, to ensure comprehensive care for patients
- Provide education and support to family members on how to assist with speech therapy at home
- Stay up-to-date on new research and developments in the field of speech therapy

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders from an accredited university
- Valid license or registration to practice as a Speech Therapist in Qatar (or eligibility for licensure)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Speech Therapist with a diverse caseload
- Fluency in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well with others in a team environment

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary package starting at $1500 per month (depending on qualifications and experience).
