Architectural Manager


Our company is seeking an experienced Architectural Manager to join our team in St. Petersburg. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture, as well as experience managing a team of architects and designers. The role will involve overseeing all aspects of architectural projects, including planning, design, budgeting, and construction. This position requires strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively communicate with clients, contractors, and other team members.

Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of architects and designers to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop project plans accordingly
- Oversee the design process, including creating drawings and models using CAD software
- Monitor project progress and address any issues that may arise
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Manage project budgets and negotiate contracts with contractors and suppliers
- Conduct site visits to ensure quality control and address any construction issues
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architecture or a related field
- Proven experience managing architectural projects from planning to completion
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team effectively
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Salary: $1000 per month

Preference: Indians or Egyptians living in St. Petersburg or willing to relocate
