Sales Representative

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team in Jizan. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting our products and services to potential clients, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
- Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective customers
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Reach out to customer leads through phone calls and emails
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets within specified timeframes
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Analyze the market’s potential, track sales data, and generate reports on performance
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitors

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or similar role in the Indian market preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Experience in using CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) is a plus
- Ability to build rapport with customers quickly
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to handle objections effectively
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Must be willing to relocate to Jizan if not already based there

Salary: 900$ per month
