Data Analyst - Shan, Kenya



As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, organizing and analyzing large sets of data to identify trends and provide insights for decision making purposes. You will work closely with various departments within the company to understand their data needs and develop reports and dashboards to support their business objectives. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills and a passion for data-driven decision making.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean and organize large sets of data from various sources
- Analyze data using statistical tools and techniques to identify patterns and trends
- Develop reports and dashboards to visualize data in a clear and concise manner
- Collaborate with different departments to understand their data needs and provide insights that support their business goals
- Identify areas of improvement in data collection and analysis processes
- Communicate findings to stakeholders through presentations or written reports
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new tools related to data analysis

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or related field
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, Tableau or other relevant analytical tools
- Knowledge of statistics and experience with statistical software such as R or SPSS
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear manner
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

Salary:
This position offers a salary of 1400$ per month.

The position is based in Shan, Kenya.
