Indian Restaurant Manager in El-Ain, UAE


Our busy restaurant in El-Ain is seeking an experienced Indian Restaurant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food and hospitality industry, be a natural leader, and have a strong background in managing a restaurant.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service
- Create and maintain a positive work environment for all employees
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Train and mentor staff to provide exceptional customer service
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain financial records and prepare reports for management
- Collaborate with the head chef to develop new menu items or make changes to existing ones

Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager, preferably in an Indian restaurant
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Knowledge of Indian cuisine and culture is preferred but not required
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Basic knowledge of financial management, including budgeting, cost control, and profit maximization
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Salary:
We are offering a competitive salary of 1200$ per month plus benefits. Accommodation will be provided for non-local candidates.
