Sales Manager - Remish, Egypt

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
- Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet or exceed sales targets
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients
- Build strong relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and industry developments to inform sales strategies
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, finance, and operations to ensure cohesive business operations

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the Egyptian market (minimum 3 years)
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape in Egypt
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (MBA preferred)
- Fluent in Arabic (written and spoken) with good command of English
